Black Dog Deluxe, (12years)

A couple of days ago I had written about Different Blends of Black Dog Scotch Whisky. Most of my friends complained me that it was brief so, now it is time to know about the various blends that the brand offers in detail.

Today we will learn about the Black Dog Deluxe which is a 12 year old scotch whisky.
Time really works its charm on Black Dog Deluxe. It lies undisturbed in sherry oak casks for 12 long impatient years before it is released. Ideally, each sip of this deluxe Scotch should be savored for a minimum of 12 seconds to truly appreciate its magic. Its imperative that you must enjoy Black Dog Deluxe Scotch leisurely and at your own pace rather than hurrying it up. Let the world wait and take a break to enjoy World’s finest Scotch whisky which has a tradition of over 130 years!

Black Dog Scotch’s master blender’s use a bit of science, a bit of art and some magic (!!) to perfect the blend. They use all their talents and wizardry to perfect this label. The Highland Malts lend Black Dog Deluxe Scotch their dry character. The Speyside malts add their complexity and refined smoothness. While the Islay whiskies contribute their typical peaty character and the Lowland malts bring in their full bodied, sweet character. These are carefully married together in the time-honored art of blending, so that the older whiskies dominate.
